Express Delivery Services
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 1pm EST.
Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 1pm EST. through
Friday 1pm EST. will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders
placed on Friday after 1pm EST. and over the weekend will arrive
on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska,
Hawaii, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Next day air - add $15 to standard shipping rate
3rd business day delivery - add $10 to standard shipping rate.
Orders to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and Overseas
orders may be subject to additional shipping costs.
All returns must be received within 10 business days. Should you wish to
make a return, please ship the item and your packing slip to:

Please let us know on the packing slip the reason for your return in order for us
improve our service.
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS.
We will refund the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment
by pawrent.com, or a damaged or defective product. When item(s)
is received a refund will be issued.
Note: We only pay for ground service on returned shipments. Customer
